Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of the service booked. One week notice is required for cancellation of Group Bookings. Bookings can be cancelled online by logging into your account and choosing to cancel the service, or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please do not send cancellation request via our online contact form as we may not receive it within the 48 hours' notice. If you know you will not be able to make a booking within the 48 hour cancellation window, we strongly encourage a cancellation to be made, so that another person may take your place.
Accuracy of billing and account information - We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased or booked per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders or bookings placed by or under the same customer account and/or the same payment methods. Refund - Styling Station is a not-for-profit organisation, all monies received from purchases on the website are used to help us provide the vulnerable women in our community with free styling session and clothing. For this reason, we will only provide refund if you have been incorrectly charged due to technical or human error when completing a transaction.
The fees for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method. You may cancel your monthly subscription or change to another subscription package at any time, by providing written notice 14 days prior to the next monthly renewal date via email to email@example.com
