General Condition - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Pricing and Booking - Our current prices and availability are displayed on our Website. From time to time, our prices may change, and these will be notified on the Website. To sign up to participate in our services or events, you must create an account with us. Your account will be governed by our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Availability is limited, to use our service you must make a booking via our website, or mobile website. Bookings can not be made via the website contact form, booking request made via the contact for will be discarded.
Cancellation Policy - To cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of the service booked. One week notice is required for cancellation of Group Bookings. Bookings can be cancelled online by logging into your account and choosing to cancel the service, or emailing us at welcome@stylingstation.org.au Please do not send cancellation request via our online contact form as we may not receive it within the 48 hours' notice. If you know you will not be able to make a booking within the 48 hour cancellation window, we strongly encourage a cancellation to be made, so that another person may take your place.
Accuracy of billing and account information - We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased or booked per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders or bookings placed by or under the same customer account and/or the same payment methods. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order or booking, we will attempt to notify you by using the contact information you provided at the time of the order or booking. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders or bookings that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by unauthorised third parties. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, bookings and account information for all purchases or bookings made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your personal details, email address and payment methods so that we can complete your order or booking and contact you if required.
Refund - Styling Station is a not-for-profit organisation, all monies received from purchases on the website are used to help us provide the vulnerable women in our community with free styling session and clothing. For this reason, we will only provide refund if you have been incorrectly charged due to technical or human error when completing a transaction.
Subscriptions - Your subscription starts as soon as your initial payment is processed, and will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. Your payment method(s) will be stored by PayPal or other Online Payment Processors your payments are processed securely via PayPal or other Online Payment Processors, the use of all Online Payment Processors on the Website are at your own risk. It is your responsibility to abide by all the terms specified by all Online Payment Processors in their Terms of use and privacy policies. You acknowledge that you are fully assuming the risks of conducting any transactions via all Online Payment Processors on the Website.
The fees for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method. You may cancel your monthly subscription or change to another subscription package at any time, by providing written notice 14 days prior to the next monthly renewal date via email to welcome@stylingstation.org.au
